Return & Refund Policy
We offer a 14-day return window from the date your order is delivered. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unworn and unused
- With original tags still attached
- In the original packaging
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
You can initiate a return by logging into your account or by emailing support@dynamicwear.us with your order number and details.
Return Shipping Cost
Returns are subject to a flat shipping fee of $5.99, which will be deducted from your refund.
Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We’ll evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions
We do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
If you want a different item, the fastest method is to return the original and make a new purchase.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your item was shipped to the EU, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason. The item must be in original condition, with tags, packaging, and proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll let you know if your refund is approved. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. If it’s been more than 15 business days since approval, contact us at support@dynamicwear.us.
